The championship Shield and banner of the Northern Bowling Association was won by the Wellington team, which defeated Auckland by one point, Palmerstpn North being third.
TE-KUITITEAM
The Te Kuiti bowling team competing in the big tournament at Auckland has been performing remarkably well. The team tied for first place in the section games, and in the aemi-finals had the bad luck to meet Wellington, which ultimately won the championshio, being defeated by a small margin. In the Final Try match, Te Kuiti wen the first two games, and is among the last four teams in the final, which ia being played to-day. The team consists of Messrs -Williams, Matthew, Cochrane, and Power (skip).
