Forsyth, will be held on MONDAY the 13th day of January, 1913, and I hereby appoint the Town Clerk's Office, situated Rora street as the place, and MONDAY, the 6th day of January, 1913, up to 5 p.m., as the day and tin/e for receiving nominations of candidates for such office. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND. In the matter of "The Counties Act, 1908," and "The Public Works Act, 1908." NOTICE is hereby given that 'the Council of the County of Waitomo proposes, under the provisions of the abovementioned Acts, to execute certain public work, namely, the construction and establishment of a quarry and a machine site, and for the purposes respectively uf such public •works,, the parcel of land described in the schedule hereto is required to be taken, AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a plan of the said parcel of land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the clerk of the said council, situated in Taupiri street, Te Kuiti, and is open for inspection without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such land who have any well grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of the said land must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty dava from the first publication of this notice, December 21st, 1912, to the clerk of the said county at the County Offices, Taupiri street.
