Mr Botha, Premier, has resigned. lie lias been sent for by the Governor and asked to form a new Cabinet.. Angry scenes resulted between Mr BothaVnd Mr Heivaig, while Colonel Louchars declined to remain in the Cabinet with the latler. Colonel Lenehars resignation precipitated the crisis.
