Entrance money must be enclosed with name, age, pedigree, name of owner and owners colours. Any jockey riding except in colours entered will be fined one guinea. All disputes, claims and protests arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards or whoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shall be final. In no case will tickets of admission be issued to trainers or jockeys unless on production of licenses to the Secretary. The Rules of Racing will be strictly adhered to. In races Nos. 3, 5, 6 and 8, the winner of any race alter the declaration of weights not exceeding 25 sovs. in value, shall carry a penalty of slbs; not exceeding 50 sovs. in value, a penalty of 7lbs; and over 50 sovs. in value a penalty of iolbs.
