Racing Conference's Rules. All disputes to be decided by ths Stewards whose decision will be final. All winners after declaration of weights subject to be re-handicapped. Every protest to be accompanied by a fee of 2 sovs., which will be forfeited if protest be not sustained. All entrieß to give aged, pedigree, and performance of horse, with colours of rider. NOMINATIONS for all events to close with the Secretary on Decßmber 16th, 1912, at 9 p.m. WEIGHTS to appear in the Waipa Post and Argus on December 20th, 1912.
