TURKEYS' DEMANDS. Received this day 9.5 a.m. London, Tuesday. Reuter telegram received in London state th 3 Turkish terms include an armistice until peace-is arranged, the right to re-victual all forts and detached troops, also ['the Turkish population through the forces of the allies if necessary, also via lonian and Adriatic ports. ' Greece points out these terms would enable Turkey to accumulate any amuunt of food, munitions of war and coal, and would hearten the Turkish troops. Greece has oU'ercd Bulgaria three divisions of fresh troops, and the entire disposal of the fleet in order to force Chataldja. DISSENSION AMONG ALLIES. Paris, Tuesday. M. Poincairc warned Greece against dissensions among the allies. Constantinople, Tuesday. Rivalry between the Bulgarians and Greeks is acute. The Bulgarian delegates are trying to exclude Grocco and arrange peace with Turkey alone. Athens, Tuesday. Newspapers express irritation at Bulgaria accepting proposals so advantageous to Turkey.
