ijTiiiniijnuniiiijmmmwißfffwsnjin J- by gives public notice that it proposes to raise a Special Loan of Thirteen thousand pounds (£13,000) for the purpose of construction and improvement of the roads and footpaths in the principal business and residential streets within the borough;the extension of the water system; erection of an impounding dam at the water supply intake.; the diversion of the river at the junction of Rora street-and Waiteti road; screet surface drainage; and other requisite works; and for the re-payment thereof to make an annually recurring Special Rate not exceeding one penny in the pound upon the capital value of the whole Borough for the purpose of providing the required security and to meet the interest and sinking fund charges during the currency of the said loan, which will be for a period not exceeding 41 years.
