OBJECTION TO DIVISION. RESOLUTION FROM PIO PIO. At the meeting of the Waikato Hospital Board on Thursday last, Mr G. Elliott, of Pio Pio, informed the board that at a meeting oE settlers held there on Octobe." 18th, the following motion was carried: "That this meeting representing the various backblock settlements of inland Te Kuiti, objects to the pruposed division of the hospital dsitrict, being well satisfied with the facilities offered |by the Waikato Board, and strongly opposes any proposal of severance from what we believe to be one of the best hospitals in the Dominion." The motion was received.
