mHE Te Kuiti Borough Council hereJL by gives public notice that it proposes to raise a Special Loan of Thirteen thousand pounds (£13,000) for the purpose of construction and improvement of the roads and footpaths in the principal business and residential streets within the borough; the extension of the water system; erection of an impounding dam at the water supply intake; the diversion of the river at the junction of Rora street and Waiteti road; street surface drainage; and other requisite works; and for the re-payment thereof to make an annually recurring: Special Rate not exceeding one penny in the pound upon the capital value of the whole Borouizh for the purpose of providing the required security and to j meet the interest and sinking fund charges during the currency of the said loan, which will be for a period not exceeding 41 years.
