In the matter of "The Municipal Cor porations Act," "The Local Bodies' Loanß Act," and "The Local Elections and Polls Act, 1 1908." ■ HEREBY GIVE PUBLIC NOTICE that a Poll of the Ratepayers of the Borough of Te Kuiti will be taken on THURSDAY, the 7th day of November, 1912, between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m. upon the proposal of the Te Kuiti Borough Council to raise a Special Loan of Twenty-one thousand pounds (£21,000) under the provisions of "The Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1908" and its amendments; for the purpose of the completion of the various works of the Borough.
