BOROUGH LOAN PROPOSALS.
meeting to-night,
In view of the attitude adopted by
the Borough Council with respect to the motions passed by the public meeting held on Thursday evening last, a meeting of ratepayers is to be held to-night in the Town Hall to consider the situation. Major Lusk is convenor of the meeting, and a num■ber of councillors are to be associated bith him.
