Three? and a-half inched of rain fell during the last, three days. Last, night a heavy hailstorm was experienced, and the mountains and lowlying hills around the town are liberally coated with anon'. Wellington, This Day. Four to six inches of snow fell on the highlands last, night, and the weather is bitterly cold. Continuous rains during the spring have prevented the fanners ploughing, and very Millie has yet been done. The milk supply is falling, away, but sheep and lambs aro doing well.
