Seventeen men were convicted yesterday, and on their refusing to find sureties to keep the peace, were taken into custody and will be escorted to Auckland gaol. Their names are Linton Moore, Thos. Ross, Harold Miller, Jos. Rogers, Chas. Fitters, Samuel Thornally, Edward Alex. Sanderson, Ilenry Berry, William McCan, Chas. Perry, J. OB'tlen, Albert Johnston, Michael Sar::cb, Thos. Rowald, Arthur Collins, and John Heath. AUCKLAND TRAMWAYMEN. TIRED OF FEDERATION. Auckland. This Day. The Auckland Tramways Union by 341 to 171, decided yesterday by secret ballot, to secede frum the Federation of Labour.
