- - [by TELE<;HAI'H. —J'RKSfci ASSOCIATION.] Te Awamutu, Tuesday. Some days ago a sum of money, about £67, disappeared mysteriously from the Alpha Hotel, Kihikihi. The proprietor, Mr O'Brien, had just made up the day's takings before closing up, and during a minute's absence the money disappeared. As a sequel, James Weston was apprehended at Palmerston North, and remanded to appear at To Awamutu on Thursday next.
