WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE TO LEVY GENERAL RATE. NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with section 117 of "The Counties Act, 1908," "The Rating Act, 1908," and amendments thereto the Waitomo County Council at its next meeting to be held on October 21st, 1912, propose to make and levy a genera! rate of one penny in the £ (pound) on the Capital value of all ratable property within the Waitomo County, such rate shall be for period commencing on the first day ot April, 1912, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1912, such rata to become due and payable in one sum on the fifth day of November, 1912. The rate books will be open for inspection from Monday, October 7th, 1912, to Monday, October 21st, 1912, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the following places:— Waitomo Riding—Post office, Waitomo.
