THE EMBARGO REMOVED. By Tolei,'i-;i.I'll." Prcus A iwci ;M ion. Oop.vrlfi»« Sydney, Tuesday. Tho Speaker'!! sentries woro withdrawn to-day and the Telegraph's reporters? were admitted to the press gallery. Tho Speaker's messenger handed the Telegraph's representative tho following statement: "When tho Telegraph was excluded it; came to my knowledge that the pressmen of tho gallery had approached their employers witn the view of Übbooing Parliament, and depriving readers of Parliamentary news. In order that the public should not, bo kept; in ignorance I arranged for a daily issue of Hansard, but tho press having continued to report proceedings the necessity for issuing Hansard broadcast was obviated, and the expense that would have fallen upon my self, avoided. I think there is causo for gratification at having directed attention to tho biassed report; of the press as the authority of the Speaker has been vindicated and the public not penalised'.'
