COUNTY OF WAITOMO. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND. IN the matter of "The Counties Act, 1908," and "The Public Works Act, 1908." VfOTICE in hereby given that the Waitonio County Council proposes under tho provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute certain public works, namely, the construction of a road and tho construction and establishment of quarrieß, and for the purposes respectively of such public works, the parcels of land respectively described in the schedule hereto are required to be taken.
