FATALITY NEAR TAIHAPE. [IIY TIvLMntAPU.—I'RKSS ASSOCIATION.] Taihape, This Day. A fatality occurred near Hihitahi yesterday morning. A man named Edward Brogden was killed.while felling bush on Mr Spooner's property near Booth's mill. Deceased and another were felling a maire tree when it split. Brogden was unable to get clear and was jambed between the falling tree and the trunk of another.
