The children and choir of the Presbyterian Church have been practicing for some tim«'npocial miwic for their first. Sunday School anniversary, which ia to be held in tho church on Sunday week, 25th inst. Tho services are to bo specially attractive, the celebrations to conclude with a tea and social on Monday, 26th inst. Mr R. 11. ia paying a return visit to To Kuiti and will lecture in tho interests of social purity in tho Town Hall on Sunday next. At It p.m. ho will addroan a meetitif!; for ladies and and at S. ,lf> p.m. an after-Church meeting for men only will bo held Mr coinert an tho offic'al representative of tho Australasian White Cross Leautfo, the patrons of which are the Govermn'Genoral of Australia, 1i is Grace the Archbishop of Sydney, the Moderator of tho Presbyterian Church of Australia, and the President of tho Methodist, Churches. lie is an able speaker and is carrying on an educational work of tho first importance. Large gaiticrintfn are anticipated.
