Further reports of the disastrous earthquake which took place in various parta of Turkey on Friday last have been received, but the returns are still incomplete. Nothing is left of many villages except heaps of smoking ruins. Fifteen thousand people are homeless.

Ample food, medicine, and tonfa have been sent to the majority of those affected by the disaster. Over 1000 persona who wera injured are in the hospitals. It is now stated that GO people were killed at Myriophito, 150 at Horoganda, and 20 at Udjomakereh. Sixty were killed and 150 injured at Sbarkoi. The thermal springs at Dedeagatch have ceased to flow. At Luleberg fissures opened for a length of 1500 yards and emitted sand, hot water and sulphurous vapours. AUSTRALIAN RECORDS. Sydney, Tuesday. The seismographs of Sydney and Adelaide recorded the earthquake in Turkey. There were large movements of the instruments exeriding from shortly after six in the morning till 3.30 in the afternoon.
