LICE ON COWS. Lice on cows seem to be troublesome in many of the dairying districts, wherein some cases the animals are stated to be losing condition and going off in their milk supply. The following treatment is recommended by the Department of Agriculture:— A mixture of kerosene and soft soap well rubbed into the skin would soon have the effect of killing the lice.
