Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report as follows: We held our annual winter horse aale in the Hamilton Horse Bazaar on May 28th and 29th, when more than the advertised number of horses came forward. There was a large attendance and bidding was brisk for all good sound draughts and harness horses. A line of unbroken coach horses from Taihape was keenly competed for. Old draughts and hacks were dull of sale. Quotations. Young heavy draughts £3O to £35, acred draughts £ls to £25, medium draughts £l6 to £2B, good harness horses £lO to £2O, aged harness horses £3 to £9, good hacks £lO to £2O 10s, aged hacks £2 to £7, unbroken coach horses-£lO to £l2 10s, boys' ponies to £4, weeds 10s to 20s, good sulkies £l6 Is to £2l Is.
