THE TANGITU ROADS.
<&— WORK TO CONTINUE. The following letter has been received by Mr E. A. Guilford from the Under-Secretary of the Public Works Department with respect to the work within the Tangitu block: —■ "Referring to the interview which you had with the Minister of Public Works, on behalf of the Tangitu Improved Farm settlers, in reference to the subject of road works in the Tangitu settlement, I have now the honour, by direction of the Minister of Public Works, to advise you that arrangements, have been made with the Land 3 Department for the issue of further authority to enable work within the block to be proceeded with, and the resident engineer has been instructed to put work in hand at the earliest date possible."—W.
