GOMEZ ASSUMES RESPONSIBILITY. By Tulc-vaiih.— Association.- Op.vrislit Received May 7, 10.15 p.m. Mexico City, Tuesday. M. Gomez has issued a proclamation at Jaurez, formally assuming the responsibility as Provisional President. It is reported that the United States troops are preparing to leave in order to strengthen the frontier guards.
