♦ THE ACCUSED ACQUITTED. By Telegraph.- lVcss Association.— CopyriflUt Sydney, Wednesday. In the Singer cases, F. D. Brown and John McPherson were found not guilty of the charge of conspiracy. Hrown was discharged. McPherßon was remanded until Monday next on a further charge of stenling £5497, belonging to the Singer Company.
