Nominations for events 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 14 with last two years' performances close with the secretary on Saturday, May 11th, at 7 p.m. Three starters or no event four starters or no second prize, six nominations or no event. All nomination fees must accompany nomination.
Protests must be accompanied with a fee of os and be handed to secretory not later than fifteen minutes after event. Decision of judges and protest committee to be final. The sports committee lake no responsibility for accidents to competitors or public. All dogs found on sportsground will be impounded and owners charged 2s. First event to start at 10,0 a.m. sharp. An exhibition of wrestling by New Zealand's light and middle-weight wrestler, L. Robertson, Esq., will be given during the day. Refreshment booth on ground.
