MACDONALD: Native Minister. Minister for Public Works, Roads, and Bridges, Minister in charge of Valuation partmentHON. J. A. HANAN: Minister for Education, Minister for Stamp Duties, Minister for Justice, Minister in charge of Police Department and Prisons Department and Crown Law (inciuding law-draft-ing). HON. G.
