NOTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Te Kuiti Borough Council, held on the twentysixth day of March, 1912, the following resolution was passed, and will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held on Wednesday, the first day of May, 1912, at 7.30 p.m., at the Council Chambers, Rora street, Te Kuiti:— "That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Part XLII, of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," "The Public Health Act, 1905," "The Public Health Amendment Act, 1910," and in pursuance of all and every other powers and provisions in that behalf contained or implied in any statute or ordinance enabling the Council in that behalf the Te Kuili Boron;:!!
