Sir Joseph Ward stated yesterday that he would tender his resignation to the Governor as soon as the Hon. T. Mnckenize formed his Ministry which would probably be on Monday or Tuesday. The Liberal caucus carried a resolution 1 hat. the party unanimously reaffirms the policy indicated in the Governor's Speech of last session.
