In a case arising out of the recent strike, Munro, organiser of the Australian Workers' Union, was charged with attempting to procure persons to do grievous bodily harm to nonUnionists, also with publishing seditious matter. It was stated that Munro urged strikers to see that. non-Unionists met with accidents. He was found guilty of sedition and sentenced to six months' imprisonment.
