PEANUTS v. PICTURES.

To the Editor. Sir, —Through the columns of your paper I would like to ask those responsible for the conduct of people attending entertainments at the Town Hall, whether the pea-nut nuisance could not be abated. At the present time this nuisance is a very real one. A number of youths are not content with sating pea nuts and throwing the husks about the floor, but they have lately taken to throwing the nuts about the hall, which is a source of annoyance to everyone. If the management could have this stopped they would be conferring a benefit upon their patrons. I am, etc THEATRE-GOER.
