OTOROHANGA NATIVE TOWNSHIP. In the matter of "The Native Townships Local Government Act, 1905," "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908." and amendments, "The New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909" and amendments and regulations made thereunder respectively. THE BODY CORPORATE of the inhabitants of the Otorohanga Native Township known as the Otorohanga Native Township Council, hereby gives notice in terms of ""The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and amendments thereof and the regulations made thereunder, that the Otorohanga Native Township Council propose to engage in the following undertaking, and being unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenues of the Otorohanga Native Township Council, propose to raise a Special Loan of £2050 for the purpose following.:--1. For the permanent formation, metalling and improvement of the Streets, roans and footpaths in the township.
