In the matter of "The Native Townships Local Government Act, 1905,'V'The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908." and amendments, "The New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909" and amendments and regulations made thereunder respectively. rjIHE BODY CORPORATE of the JL inhabitants of the Otorohanga Native Township known as the Otorohanga Native Township Council, hereby gives notice in terms of "'The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and amendments thereof and the regulations made thereunder, that the Otorohanga Native Township Council propose to engage in the following undertaking, and being unable to provide the necessary funds for such works out of the ordinary revenues of the Otorohanga Native Township Council, propose to raise a Special Loan of £2050 for the purpose following.:— 1. For the permanent formation, metalling and improvement of the streets, roads and footpaths in the township. Such sum to be allocated to the streets, roads and foopaths a& follows: Tuhoro street £195, Maniapoto street £SOO, Ranfurly street £6O. Ballance street £7O, Kanawa street £230, Turongo street £125, Hinewai street £7O, Haerehuku street £l7O, Te Kawa street £lB6, Kakamutu road £9O, Kahira street £l4, Wapa esplanade £SO, Rangatahi street £B'!, Mair street £79, Pango street £25, Rangipare street £25, Mataroa street £lO, Orahiri terrace £25, ruha street £l6, Pine street £lO. Tutunui street £lO, Blank street £lO. 2. For the purpose of securing the repayment of the said Special Loan of £2050, a Special Kate of in the £ will be made and levied on the capital value of all ratable property in the TownshiD of Otorohanga, which rate will be sufficient to give and meet, in accordance with Section 09 Sub' section C of "The New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1908," 10 per centum more than the amount of the prescribed periodical payments or instalments of principal and interest as they fall due. o. That the provisions for the repayment of the said loan is that the said loan shall be repaid in IUiJ years by 7-' i half-yearly payments in accordance with the provisions of "The New Zealand State-guar-anteed Advances Act, 19();i," and of the taljles prescribed thereunder in the case of advances to loal authorities. 4.
