The verdict o r the Court, at the enquiry into the Delhi wreck was 'hat the vessel was riot navigated with proper seamanlike care, and the loss was due to the master's tiefmilt. Considering the master's unblemished character, the trying circumstances, and the ability shown by the master after the casuality the Court refrained from dealing with his ecrtihcate.
