That the provisions for the repayment of the. said loan is that the said loan shall be repaid in :iOA years by 73 half-yearly payments in accordance, with the provisions of "The New Zealand State-guar-anteed Advances Act, 1909," and of the tables prescribed thereunder in the case of advances to loal authorities. 4.
