MARKET REPORT. Mr Graham reports the sale of the well known boarding house so lonj; conducted by .Mr Sims. This important sale will be conducted by Messrs Freeman R. .lackson and Co., at Wanganui. on Thursday and Friday, 22nd and 2ord February. The entry totals some 1700 rams selected front the best docks in the Oominion, the entry this year being particularly line. At this fair all rams "are sold singly in the ring. thus gving buyers every facility (o in 'lice care (r,l selec lion. RAM FAIK. In connection with the forthcoming Ram Fair at To Kuifi the day following the A. and P. Show the account, uf the Hastings Ram I'air will be of merest. For Lincoln stud rams time was keen demand the lines being quitted as under: ■ Mr C. V. Pearc.e's 1 o to •}(> guineas; Mr \V, Wvbourne's 10 to 20 guineas; Mi \V. Perry's, Mastorton, S to :'0 guineas. For Romneys there an equally keen demand though t lie price:: were not, so high. the ruling figure lie ine; from o to ■> 0 guineas, Mr K. Short's line tolching the latter price. For Porder Leicester* the demand was not so e,real, prices consequently were lower. In this line Mr C. V'. lVarce secured top price, his entries (etching from .10 to 12 guineas.
