ULSTER AN HOME RULE.

The shipyard workers of Belfast have determined to take a half-holi-day on February Bth for the purpose of taking possession of the streets in the neighbourhood of the Ulster Hall and preventing Mr Churchill's speech in favour of Home Rule. The Ulster Unionist Council will assist, and is arranging for 5000 stalwart opponents o£ Home Rule to occupy Ulster Mall for several days before hand, and 75,000, to pack the streets in the vicinity.
