NOMINATIONS. Nominations for all events close on sth JANUARY at 9 p.m. Handicaps will appear on 13th January. Acceptances for all events close on 31st January, at 9 p.m. REGULATIONS. All stakes paid in full. Owners responsible for all penalties. All entries to be addressed to the Hon. Secretary, P.O. Box 13, Te Kuiti, or to Mr. W. I. Conradi, Hamilton. Entrance money must be enclosed with name, age, pedigree, name of owner and owners colours. Any jockey riding except in colours entered will be fined one guinea. All disputes, claims and protests arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards or whoever they may appoint, and such decision on all points shall be final. In no case will tickets of admission be issued to trainers or jockeys unless on production of licenses to the Secretary. The Rules of racing will be strictly adhered to. In races Nos. 3, 5, 0 and 8, the winner of any race after the declaration of weights not exceeding 25 sovs. in value, shall carry a penalty of .Slbs ; not exceeding 50 sovs. in value a penalty of /lbs ; and over 50 sovs. in value a penalty of lOlbs. In races Nos. 2, 4 and 7, the winner of any race after the declaration of weights not exceeding 50 sovs. in value shall carry a penalty of slbs ; not exceeding 100 sovs. in value a penalty of 7lbs; and over 100 sovs. in value a penalty of lOlbs.
