RE PROPOSED SPECIAL LOAN OF £7035. -L* Kuiti Borough Council proposes to raise under the provisions of "The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908." with the amendments thereof, a Special Loan of £7035 for the following objects:— 1. Inauguration of Electric Lighting Scheme ... £6OOO 2. Contingencies, engineering, first year's interest, flotation expenses.etc. ... £1035 £7035 The proposed security is a Special Rate of 9-16ths of a penny in the pound (£) on the capital value of all rateable properties in Te Kuiti Borough, covering interest and sinking fund, payable in seventy-three equal half-yearly instalments, the term of the proposed loan being 36i years.
