Inauguration of Electric Lighting Scheme ... .£6OOO 2. Contingencies, pngineering, first year's interest, flotation expenses,etc. ... ,£1035 The proposed security is a Special Rate of 9-ltiths of a penny in the pound (£) on the capital value of all rateable properties in Te Kuiti Borough, covering interest and sinking fund, payable in seventy-three equal half-yearly instalments, the term of the proposed loan being otia years.
