BOROUGH OF TE KUITI. mENDERS are invited for fixing the X permanent levels in certain streets of the Borough, a total distance of 475 chains At least one standard trig tube is to be inserted as a permanent bench mark at one of the corners of each and every street intersection levelled over. Plans and profiles on a scale of 2 chains to the inch horizontal, 20 feet to the inch vertical are to be prepared and delivered to the Council. Tenderers are to quote a lump sum for the whole work and at per particular street, and at per mile. Specifications may be seen at my office. THE COUNCIL OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE OTOROHANGA NATIVE TOWNSHIP. "VTOTICE is hereby given that at a IN Special Meeting of the inhabitants of the Otorohanga Native Township, held on the 13th day of November, 1911, it was resolved (by way of Special Order), that the above Council make a by-law under "The Native Townships Local Government Act, 1905", and the provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and amendments and every other Statute enabling the said Council in that behalf the object and purport of which by-law is aa follows: "For Defining and Licensing itinerant Traders." And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution and Special Order will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the said Council, to be held at the offices situate at Tuhoro street, Otorohanga, on the 15th day of December, 1011, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order. A full and true copy of such resolution is deposited at the Council offices, situate at Tuhoro street Otorohanag, where it lies open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the said meeting shall be held.
