OTICE is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the inhabitants of the Otorohanga Native Township, held on the 13th day of November, 1911, it was resolved (by way of Special Order), that the above Council make a by-law under "Thf Native Townships Local Government Act, 1905", and the provisions of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908," and amendments and every other Statute enabling the said Council in that behalf tha object and purport of which by-law is as follows: — "For Defining and Licensing itinerant Traders." And notice is hereby also given that the said resolution and Special Order will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the said Council, to be held at the offices situate at Tuhoro street, Otorohanga, on the loth day of December, 1911, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order. A full and true copy of such resolution is deposited at the Council offices, situate at Tuhoro street Otorohanag, where it lies open to the inspection of the public during office hours until the said meeting shall be held.
