The new Aranui cave at Waitomo, which was opened early in the year by the Hon. Thos. Mackenzie, Minister of the Tourist Department, is now in readiness for the visiting public. The cave lias been fitted up with all the necessary conveniences tor the comfort of sightseers. Many visitors who have been through the new cave recently pronounce it to be the best one of the three. The formations of the Aranui cave are in almost every instance entirely different from either the Waitomo or Kuakura Caves.
