On Thurdsay ov-ninjr 1:'?'. k v special request, Mr Rennet i iScoutrnaster) gave a most, interesting show of lantern slides for the beneiit ol ie Kuiti Roy Scouts. '1 iie pictures dealt principally with Scout work in general. Some naval and miscellaneous slides were show. Through seme misunderstanding the boys w ere not nil notified that Mr Bennett was to give this display, ly oidy small number attended. llowevi i\ those who were present thorencidy enjoyed the entertainment and win look forward with pleasure to e.netm. r visit from Mr Bennett. It is liupcu that when Mr Bennett again gives a lantern display that not only the Toy Scouts but also the parents will aiiem:. They will then see the work (he boys arc doim: in dilFerent parts of the world, arid will gain an idea ot the value of the Bov Scout movement.
