RE WATER PIPES.
To the Editor. Sir —I should like to ask his Worship the Mayor if it is a fact that the water pipes have not been tested because they would have cost an extra £6OO to do so; also how many pipes are going to burst when the pressure (lOOlbs) per inch (estimate) is put un them seeing that the pipes are only inch in tbickness.-I .m «.
