The Foxton Herald was rung up on the telephone and informed that (he prisoner Pawclka had been re-cap-tured. A representative keen for "copy" fired questions through the 'phone as to when how and where he was caught and was sold that he was captured onthe Lambton railway weighbridge. The pressman took "it all in" and innocently inquired what he was doing there, and was quietly informed that Pawelka "was trying to get away (a weigh)."
