WAIKATO HOSPITAL AND CHARITABLE AID BOARD. j NOTICE OF INTENTION TO LEVY J- notifies that after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of this notice, it is his intention to levy under the provisions of "The Rating Act, 1908," "The Rating Amendment Act, 1910," and "The Hospitals and Chairtable Institutions Act, 1909," a rate of three-twentieths of a penny in the £ on all rateable property situated in that portion of the Waikato Hospital and Charitable Aid District that is within the County of Awakino, such rate to be for the period commencing en the first day of April, 1911, and-ending on the 31st day of March, 1912, and to be payable in one sum on the 9th October, 1911, to the secretary, Waikato Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, Hamilton.
