Te Kuiti football clubs are both engaged in important matches on Saturday next. The Rubgy team play the final match of the season at Otorohanga. As the winners of this match are awarded the caps for the winning team on the season's play, it is anticipated that an exciting and strenuous game will eventuate. The above representative match was played at Manunui on Saturday last. A fast and interesting game eventuated. The Maniapoto team had the best of the game and won by five points to nil.
