NOTICE ia hereby given that it is i' proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 190?, the Scenery Preservation Act, 190S, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, .1910, to take for scenery-preser-vation purposes the land described in the Schedule hereto.
