ONGARUE RAILWAY.

EARLY START TO BE MADE. Referring to the construction of the Stratford-Onagrue railway from the Ongarue end, the Minister of Public Works stated on Wednesday that a survey of the locality is being proceeded with, and as soon as a few miles of route have been surveyed, the formation of permanent way will be commenced.
